Shipping Information
To see your shipping costs:
1. Make your selections and add your product to the shopping cart.
2. Shipping costs are calculated and shown in the shopping cart.
3. View the shopping cart.
4. Proceed to checkout when you are ready or return to shopping/surfing.
Shipment to US and Canadian addresses:
Small items will ship using the postal service.
Suncoast Creations Brand Products: Hoods and other large items will be shipped by truck from our Bradenton, Florida factory. Online orders qualify for our flat rate shipping, so even if you live in Seattle, Washington, you get the same rates our customers on the East coast pay.
Other Manufacturer's Products: Shipping cost will be per that manufacturer's policies and costs. Add items into your shopping cart to determine exact shipping costs. If you are not sure, you can always call or email us.
All shipments to residential addresses incur handling fee from the trucking company so that amount is added into the shipping price.
Additional information for Canadian Shipments:
New for 2010 - In the past, Suncoast left all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees to the customer to pay prior to delivery. We now have an established relationship with a customs broker to handle Canadian shipments. Product made in the USA are qualified NAFTA products and get a flat rate broker fee and Canadian tax are all added prior to finalizing your order. Other manufacturer's items that are not made in the US do not qualify for NAFTA treatment and will need to be quoted on an individual basis.This process not only speeds the border crossing but there are no surprises when your order is locked in a customs warehouse waiting for you to arrange for customs clearance and send cash.
If you prefer to arrange your own customs clearance and/or shipping, simply select "Call for Shipping Quote" during the checkout process. You will be able to finalize your order with no shipping charges added. You will need to inform us of your customs and shipping arrangements. If you prefer on to arrange your own customs clearance, we can still manually apply flat rate shipping to your order.
